Population problems?

We recently read a story called "to be or not to be" which tackles the issue of population control.  although we prolly will never live forever i hope it doesn't go so far as that we need people to kill us when it is our time to go.  yes we are overpopulated but that doesn't mean that we need to be in a hurry to kill people.  i have no idea as to what we should do about population problems.   

School crises

I believe that the issue facing these schools is very hard to surpass.  Even if they somehow get the funding, how are they going to get students interested in succeeding again.  I hope that this Rhee character can really turn this bad situation around.  I don't know if it will be possible but we can always hope for the best.
